Owners and brothers, Brandon Harrington and Chris Harrington, have been in the business of new construction homes since 2010. They established Harrington Properties of North Carolina in 2013. 

Brandon and Chris were born and raised in Sanford, and love being able to serve the Central North Carolina region.

Harrington Properties of North Carolina prides itself on using quality products, knowledgeable, reliable and seasoned subcontractors, vendors and architects.

The owners’ love and commitment to the new construction process started long before Brandon and Chris started Harrington Properties. Both Brandon and Christopher have built custom homes for their families, circa 2010, 2011 and 2017. This pride in building a custom homes for their own families translated into the development of Harrington Properties of North Carolina. 

Brandon and Chris have also owned and operated Harrington’s Lawn Care and Landscaping, Inc. since 2002. The landscaping business has allowed both Brandon and Chris to be in and around the building of new construction homes and commercial buildings since early on.

Brandon has an unlimited general contractors license. 

Brandon and Chris love working closely with their clients to ensure that each home is tailored to their induvial needs.
